Safety Rights & Responsibilities |
| While employers are required by law to provide a safe and healthful workplace for all employees, safety is everyone's responsibility. Here is some information on specific responsibilities as discussed in various Sokudo Safety Program documents and as required by federal regulations. |
| Employee Rights & Responsibilities |
| Under OSHA laws, an employee has the right to a safe workplace. If you believe working conditions are unsafe or unhealthful, you should contact your supervisor, manager, safety manager, or HR to call attention to the problem. If Sokudo does not correct the hazard or should Sokudo disagree with you about the extent of the hazard, you have the right to file a complaint with OSHA. For more details on your rights and protections under OSHA laws, please read the "OSHA Rule on Refusing to Work Because Conditions are Dangerous" |
